With maximum speed of 80,000 rpm, Air Power Spindle can be used on existing machines as additional spindle. Thermal displacement in Z-axis remains constant at less than .001 mm, and when combined with Mega Micro collet chuck, spindle delivers dynamic run-out accuracy of less than .002 mm. Spindle is available in dual contact spindle types, including BIG PLUS CAT, BIG PLUS BT, and HSK. The new product minimizes thermal displacement in the Z-axis for top precision. When compared with a standard machining center spindle with up to .012mm of displacement, Air Power Spindle remains constant at less than .001mm.
Combined with the high-accuracy Mega Micro collet chuck series, Air Power Spindle delivers exceptional dynamic run-out accuracy of less than .002mm, even at 80,000 RPM! The spindle produces very low vibration by perfect dynamic balance and low noise design (less than 65 dB). Air Power Spindle is available in many dual contact spindle types, including BIG PLUS CAT, BIG PLUS BT and HSK to best fit your needs.

Our Micro-Machining Department consists of CNC High-Speed Milling centers and CNC Swiss Lathes. High-Speed Milling Centers feature spindle speeds of up to 60,000 RPM. These machines make parts with tolerances as small as .0003". Drill sizes are as small as .0045" with a positional tolerance of +/-.0004" back to the datum. We deliver components to exact customer design specifications using customer documentation or designs from our own Engineering Department.
